How rides get paid for
Most of our trips are covered with no out-of-pocket cost to the rider. Here's how billing works depending on who's footing the bill.
Medicaid / TennCare
Eligible TennCare members ride at no cost. Trips are coordinated and paid through our broker partner Verida — schedule your ride through TennCare's NEMT line.
No charge to riderFacility & Contract Billing
Adult day programs, dialysis centers, behavioral health clinics, and skilled-nursing facilities can set up monthly billing accounts. Net-30 invoicing available.
Invoiced monthlyPrivate Pay
Self-pay riders and family members can pay per trip by card, check, or cash. Call us for a quote — we'll confirm distance, vehicle type, and any wait time before you book.
Per-trip pricingPay an Invoice
Online invoice payment is launching soon. In the meantime, call us to pay by phone, mail a check to our office, or request ACH details for facility accounts.
