Effective date: April 26, 2026 · Impact Transportation, LLC
This Privacy Policy describes how Impact Transportation, LLC ("Impact", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website at impactnemt.com or use our non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services in Tennessee.

We collect only what we need to schedule rides, bill correctly, and stay compliant with state and federal NEMT requirements.
- Contact information — name, phone number, email address you provide when calling or filling out a form on our site.
- Trip details — pickup and drop-off addresses, scheduled times, mobility needs, accompanying companions.
- Identity verification — when required by Medicaid/TennCare or facility partners, we may verify membership IDs.
- Driver and trip records — once a trip is booked, we record GPS location of the assigned vehicle, driver clock-in/out times, and trip completion details for billing and quality assurance.
How we use information
- To schedule, dispatch, and complete your transportation.
- To bill the appropriate payer (member, facility, or Medicaid broker).

How we share information

- State or federal agencies when required by law or program audit.
- We do not sell your personal information.
